I live in austin tx . I`ve been using this product merely under 6 years. According to their directions you should only apply 6 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water. When filling my ii.5 gallon sprayer using 15 concentrated ounces. That is enough to treat my domicile 3 to iv times a year every iii to 4 months. And this is the best part, 1 bottle will final iii to five years. Compare that against what yous are paying for yearly pest command and I think y'all volition save a lot of money and volition have a termite costless domicile. And we don't have roaches, ants, termites, spiders, no problems of whatever kind, in our home.

Verified Purchase It does kill carpenter ants and termites, which is swell. I only wish it tin also destroy their colonies. (Unfortunately, many insecticides I institute that can destroy their colonies are not immune in our state.)

Verified Purchase Nosotros accept many kinds of ants around our business firm including carpenter ants. We also found some termites in the furniture that we had just bought from overseas(!). We used Bayer Avant-garde Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer Plus Concentrate and it worked groovy. Nosotros used it for two seasons and so far we are very happy near the result. In our area (MA), another kind that we originally thought near using is prohibited. Nosotros are glad that we found this product. It is going to be the third flavor and nosotros bought some other couple of bottles.

Although I find information technology a practiced product, it does what it say'southward it can do. The reason I gave it a 3 is because the packaging was very poorly designed. The hose kept getting kinked. I finally had to poor it on considering it wouldn't spray half the time. I found this very wasteful.
